Plans for crocodile safari hunting in the NT have been rejected by Environment Minister Greg Hunt.
The Territory Government wanted to trial trophy hunting of large saltwater crocodiles.
But Mr Hunt says there was "a risk of cruel and inhumane treatment" and he believed it would be "inappropriate".
