A man has been shot dead in what police are calling a brazen attack in a street in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs. Police say neighbours saw the victim pacing around the street with his shirt unbuttoned before they heard a loud bang. Bystanders performed CPR on the man but he died at the scene.
